Conditional Use Permit
There are two (2) types of Conditional Use Permit Applications - Steep Slopes and Internally Lit Signs. Below are the applications and process documents to assist you through their processes.
Steep Slopes
An applicant proposing any type of construction activity that falls under the Steep Slopes Ordinance, Section B (4.17 of the Zoning Ordinance) must obtain a Conditional Use Permit prior to commencing any type of construction activity.

Internally Lit Sign
An applicant, in conjunction with a new or amended Site Plan, seeking an internally lit sign, such as neon or LED which are prohibited, must apply for a Conditional Use Permit.
