Budget Committee

The Budget Committee has seven members elected for three-year terms. They are responsible for preparing and presenting the town budget as provided in RSA 32:5. In order to prepare the budget, the committee communicates with department heads and other town officials regarding estimated costs, anticipated revenues, services performed to the extent deemed necessary.
