We want to make sure our residents and businesses are safe and informed. The CivicReady mass notification solution is a communication service available to our residents and businesses to receive emergency and routine notifications.
Everyone is encouraged to sign up for this system. Communication can be received through email, text and/or phone call according to your selections and based on address locations that you specify. It is recommended that you include your physical address during registration to take advantage of an additional feature which allows for neighborhood-specific alerts. The information you provide is confidential and will not be shared.
CivicReady alerts/notifications may be sent for the following reasons:
- Missing persons
- Evacuations
- Local threats
- Severe weather alerts
- Conditions exist where traffic patterns and road access are affected
- Water or sewer main breaks
- A large-scale public event or state of emergency
- Winter parking bans
- Large community events
- General information
